The terms that govern use of Kindra, including the text message program.

Kindra is client and practice software used by wellness and thermography clinics to manage appointments and stay in touch with their clients. Kindra is a product of EdgePoint Strategy LLC. By using Kindra, or by receiving messages sent through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kindra provides clinics with tools to manage client records and appointments and to send appointment and service related communications by text message, email, and mail. Each clinic is an independent business that controls its own client relationships and is responsible for the messages it sends and for its handling of personal and health information.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful, appointment and service related communication with clients who have agreed to be contacted.
- Do not use the service to send marketing to people who have not opted in, or to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data belonging to another clinic or client.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
Program. When you provide your mobile number to a clinic that uses Kindra and agree to be contacted, that clinic may send you service and appointment related text messages: appointment reminders, follow-up reminders when you are due to rebook, links to intake paperwork, post-visit surveys, and occasional service updates.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment, completing a form, or receiving any product or service. You can decline texts and still receive care.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact your clinic directly. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Messages sent through Kindra are administrative and appointment related. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Contact your clinic or a healthcare provider with questions about your health.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgePoint Strategy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from messages sent through it. Your clinic is responsible for the content it sends and for its own compliance and privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
